Paul Lee completed an undergraduate in Medical Science (UNSW), specialising in Physiology.
Exploring the biomechanics of the human body sparked his interest in understanding dysfunctional movement patterns which drew him to complete a Doctor of Physiotherapy course at Macquarie University in 2017.
Paul has a strong background in musculoskeletal and sports rehabilitation. With extensive experience working alongside orthopedic surgeons in post-operative care, he specializes in treating a wide range of sports-related injuries, with a particular interest in shoulder rehabilitation. His expertise extends to on-field physiotherapy for rugby teams, where he provides acute injury management and return-to-play planning. Utilizing evidence-based approaches, advanced rehabilitation technology, and strength and conditioning principles, he is dedicated to optimizing recovery and preventing re-injury.
Currently he is pursuing a Master of Sports Physiotherapy and remains committed to advancing his knowledge and supporting athletes at all levels in achieving peak performance.
Outside of work and study, Paul enjoys immersing himself in the great outdoors through hiking, surfing, snowboarding and triathlon training. He also enjoys his downtime through making coffee, cooking, baking and reading a good book (not all at the same time).
