Sari qualified from Trinity College Dublin in Ireland in 2015 with an honors degree in physiotherapy and furthered her studies completing a masters in sports and exercise medicine in Trinity College also. Since graduating Sari has worked in orthopedics, private practice and with many Gaelic Football and rugby teams.
Since moving to Australia Sari has been working in the field of sports and musculoskeletal physiotherapy. Sari is currently engaged in the APA titling process to become an APA Titled Sports and Exercise Physiotherapist.
Sari is a qualified mat and reformer Pilates instructor, is certified in dry needling and is a certified strength and conditioning coach.
Sari is a keen triathlete and runner having completed several marathons and olympic distance triathlons. As an athlete Sari understands the importance of a healthy and resilient body and mind to ensure peak performance.
Sari is passionate about injury prevention and is known for going the extra mile to assist her patients achieving their goals.
